Ok.... Napster Update time. On Friday, July 29, the Court of Appeals stayed the injunction put on by Judge Patel. This means that Napster will remain online, for now. Two things can happen. One, is that a higher court can overrule the Appeals' Court decision and the injunction will remain in place. That, or Napster could lose the upcoming trial in California and be shut down permanently. The injunction only concerns whether or not Napster will remain online during the trial.
